Sarasota Condo Water Damage

Just when you think that a water loss only happens when floods come or when pipes break, think again. A local condo in Sarasota had a unit on their 11th floor of their building with an AC unit issue. During the weekend the AC unit line had ruptured and water from the AC started leaking into the unit, which eventually started leaking into the units underneath them causing a tremendous amount of damage to other units.  

Luckily, this condo knew to call us and we have been working steadily to extract the water and dry it out using our equipment. Because, like always, SERVPRO of North Sarasota makes it look "Like it never even happened."

All in all, our clients are happy and they are glad we were able to get to the water issue before it got any worse.
